Sec Becerra also extended the PREP Act declaration from Oct 31, 2024 (before the 2024 election) to Dec 31, 2024 (after the 2024 election).

This means all "covered persons" (including DoD) are immune from liability for injury from the jabs EXCEPT for allegations of "willful misconduct."

And for those of you who are in Texas, the Wilson v Austin case has scheduled an in-court hearing on JULY 14, 2023 at 9am in Sherman, Texas.
This is one of the few military vax mandate cases which has NOT been dismissed. The Court recently granted my Amicus Curiae brief which I filed last month after DoD kept spewing its fabrications regarding "FDA licensed" vaccines being offered to the Plaintiffs.
