As I have stated numerous times before, the 14th Amendment is wholly unconstitutional on several points.
1. After the Civil War, 1868, two states, NJ and OH balked at ratification. Under extreme duress did they sign this amendment.
2. This amendment created two forms of government. The Federal UNITED STATES - a legislative democracy and the united states of America - a Constitutional Republic
3. Today it is being considered to fund an illegitimate government that through illegal acts on Jan 6 2021, without a quorum in the House chambers, certified the presidential election for
